At Le Blossom, it is not just the food that stands out. The restaurant was designed by Guillaume Ménard of Atelier Mainor using neo-Japanese décor elements inspired by the 1982 film „Blade Runner”. Its interior is dominated by a huge cherry tree. The bar counter and benches are made in BauBuche Panel. When designer Guillaume Ménard learned about this new laminated veneer lumber product, he was instantly won over by the sturdiness and the natural, attractive look of BauBuche and knew that this was the material he wanted to use for the interior of Le Blossom.
Take a virtual tour of the bar seating 28 and have a look at the fresh sushi, delicious sashimi, udon noodles, soups, salads and tempura dishes on offer at Le Blossom.
